About Caroline Artley, LCSW-C
I am an experienced and down-to-earth clinician who enjoys giving clients the tools they need to become their own inner therapist. I believe the relationship forged between the client and therapist is of paramount importance to your recovery. Each session with me is designed to meet you where you are and help you find your way.
As a Therapist for over a decade, I have worked with individuals aged 3-98, as well as the parents, siblings, adult children, and other caregivers involved. I've treated a wide variety of issues ranging from mild anxiety and low self-esteem, to severe depression, unresolved trauma, and personality disorders. Additionally, as a Medical Social Worker for five years, I counseled adult children of medically fragile patients through maintaining healthy family relationships and pre-grief. Sessions with me incorporate cognitive-behavioral, narrative, solution-focused, psychodynamic, attachment, and family systems theories, with application tailored to each individual. I am able to offer Christian-based counseling to those who seek it, and strive to welcome individuals of all cultural, ethnic, and religious backgrounds.
In 2017 I expanded from private practice to group practice, adding clinicians who specialize in adults and families.
